Suffolk Coast and Heaths

The Suffolk Coast and Heaths is an outstanding landscape, containing the few remaining fragments of Sandlings Heath and some of the least developed coastline in southern England. This was recognised when, in 1970, it was designated as an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB).
