Charter Member Benefits
Do you hold the Suffolk Carbon Charter? Charter accreditation is a valuable tool for monitoring your progress, publicising your commitment and rewarding your staff.

Suffolk Carbon Charter holders are now eligible for two hours of funded support from an environmental business advisor to be used before the end of September 2015. This time can be used to ensure that you are maximising the benefits of your member status, help you to take forward some new efficiency actions, or to monitor the impact of any actions that you’ve implemented to date. If you already use leaflets, logos or similar to showcase your work, we can use these to promote your business at events attended by the Charter (including Festivals, business fairs, conferences, etc.). We'd love to have something from every Charter holder to include in our displays, and hand out on the day. It could be brochures, leaflets, flyers, images, etc.
If enough members are interested, we’d love to try running a Charter produce stall at some of these events. The idea is that we would offer produce from a selection of Charter holders for sale.

The Charter is an independently assessed and verifiable mark of quality. It is backed by the Environment Agency, Chamber of Commerce and all Suffolk councils. The Suffolk Carbon Charter will help you demonstrate your credentials to attract customers, win contracts and more.
The Charter is recognised by County Council and other organisations for procurement purposes, and can help you gain other accreditations and awards.
