Castle Hill Infant School

At Castle Hill infant School we are taking part in the Aquabox scheme  which is co-ordinated by the Rotary Club, as one of our on going eco-activities. The Aquabox is filtration system which is within a rigid plastic box with 75 litre capacity. The excess space is filled with humanitarian aid , which are a mix of recycled household items and new items, which can be used by people in areas devastated  by  disaster.

We have used this scheme to help our children grow in awareness of their place as citizens of the whole world. This scheme was funded by the ‘Friends’ of Castle Hill and the governors and the whole school community have worked together, this was led by our School Pupil Council.
