Community Building Award Winner
The Society's remit is to encourage the protection and enhancement of the county's natural and built environment including its natural resources, and actively support sustainable land-use planning.
It has volunteer groups in each Suffolk planning district, with a Chartered Planner and small support team based in Lavenham, which combine effective local action through the planning system, with the promotion and delivery of building conservation projects, award schemes, campaigns, conferences and planning workshops - open to all.
