School Travel Plan Award Winner
Walsham le Willows CEVC Primary School is a small rural school of 81 pupils. They are recently federated with Badwell Ash CEVA Primary, another small rural school of 41 pupils. They are an accredited Green Flag Eco-School and a Healthy School. As with many primary schools, parking is an ongoing problem, so the School Travel Plan was an important initiative for the pupils, staff, parents and governors to get involved with. The Walk to School is led by Mrs Shirley Bushell, Teaching Assistant, who is enthusiastic and dedicated to the initiative and encourages the children and parents to join in whatever the weather!
