Eco-schools

Eco-Schools is an international award programme that helps schools to become sustainable by providing a framework to help make sustainability a focal point of school life.

There are three award levels within the Eco-Schools programme:

Joining the Eco-Schools programme is easy for all schools and makes engaging with sustainable issues much simpler. Once registered, schools follow a simple seven-step process which helps them to tackle a variety of environmental issues.
