County Farms Estate – Agricultural Lettings 2019

Following their successful programme of agricultural lettings in 2018 Suffolk County Council is pleased to announce that two agricultural holdings are now available to let as from the 11th October 2019. These two holdings comprise land at Copdock & Sproughton to the west of Ipswich and land at Cockfield to the north of Lavenham, and letting particulars of each property are available to download below: 

Viewings of the holdings are to be conducted on foot in daylight hours only with a copy of the letting particulars to hand. Vehicular access to the Holdings is strictly NOT permitted.

Whilst viewing the holdings please be respectful of the current tenant, do not damage or disturb growing crops or livestock and ensure all gates are closed and secured, following your inspection.

Suffolk County Council is now inviting aspiring tenants to apply for the holdings available using the downloadable application form below, applicants should also complete and submit the interactive budget workbook below. Please note that before completing the application form applicants should read the document below titled SCC RURAL ESTATE bid information which contains guidance on the application process and criteria for applicants:

The closing date for the submission of applications is 12.00 noon on Tuesday 23rd April 2019. For the avoidance of doubt no applications will be accepted that arrive after 12.00 noon on the 23rd April.
