Leiston – Growing for Wellbeing (fortnightly)

Groundwork will deliver 16 garden sessions from Friday 14th March – Friday 3rd October 2025.

The programme will offer horticulture, nature and wellbeing focused activities in Memorial Garden to help improve the mental and physical health of local residents.

Sessions will run from 10am-12pm.

Activities:

  • Growing ornamental plants
  • Plant ID
  • Forraging walks
  • Creating installations to encourage biodiversity to the area

You do not have to commit to all of the sessions. Simply sign up to the dates that suit your schedule.
