Mid Suffolk Cosy Homes
The Cosy Homes scheme will offer up to £3,500 per property for a range of insulation methods.
You may be eligible if:
- You live in Mid Suffolk
- You have an EPG rating of D-G
Connected for Warmth
An award-winning grant scheme offering fully-funded heating and energy bill support, that can help you reduce your energy use and stay warm and well. If you are a tenant, your landlord can get insulation measures installed for free.
Conditions:
- Your property must have an EPC of E, F or G
- A receipt of a means tested benefit or income below £31,000
Great British Insulation Scheme

Suffolk Energy Efficiency Assessment
Find out how energy efficient your home is and what small improvements can be made to ensure you keep a warm home, lower your energy bills and lower your carbon footprint. Usually worth over £250, you could get one for a low cost or for free!
Conditions to apply:
- You live in Suffolk
- Your home has an EPC of below C or is unrated
Warm Homes Suffolk Loan (0% Interest)
A 0% loan of up to £15,000 to fund energy efficiency improvements to your home. You can repay the loan over a maximum of seven years, with 0% interest (0.2% APR). The loan can fund changes such as Solar PV and battery, heat pumps, insulation or double glazing.
Boiler Upgrade Scheme
Through the Boiler Upgrade Scheme, you could get an upfront grant to cover part of the cost of replacing oil, gas or electric heating systems with a heat pump and in some cases, biomass boilers.
