The information you have supplied is being collected for the purposes of determining your eligibility for the schemes administered by Warm Homes Healthy People (WHHP). By providing the information to complete the form, you have consented to East Suffolk Council using your information in this way. You have also consented to being contacted by Aran Services / Aaron Services the schemes contractors, using the details you have provided.Your information may be shared with other local authority officers involved in the WHHP Scheme including our partners at Suffolk County Council for project management, review and reporting purposes. It will be passed to the installer working with us so they can properly assess your home for an install and confirm your entitlement to any relevant funding provided through the Governments Energy Company Obligation (ECO). Your information may also be shared with project funders including Affordable Warmth Solutions CIC (ICO registration no. Z1655808).
If you do receive further help from the scheme, your information will be retained for 6 years from the time of collection. You can request that your information is deleted at any time. However, if you request for your data to be deleted before your eligibility has been determined, it could affect your access to any funding. Data will be processed and held securely by East Suffolk Council as the administrator of the WHHP project, and in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation and the Data Protection Act 2018 (and any updates). East Suffolk Council is registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), registration no. ZA510093. Suffolk County Council (SCC) is registered with the ICO Registration no. Z5113825.
I confirm I have read the above statement and that I:
1. Agree to being contacted by WHHP or SCC’s procured suppliers for further information to determine my eligibility for a scheme as required and to arrange and deliver any energy efficiency works. I understand that any further information provided by me will also be processed in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulations and Data Protection Act 1998.
2. The information I have provided is correct and complete.
3. Understand that I must tell WHHP about any changes in my circumstances which may affect my entitlement.
4. Understand that this is a referral service only and should I decide to carry out works with any SEA installer I will enter into contract directly with them. As such Suffolk County Council and members of SEA cannot accept any responsibility or liability for any aspect of the works.
